QHSLab Inc. Addresses Critical Issues Raised at the State of Healthcare Summit

The delivery of healthcare is changing. Last week at the HIMSS State of Healthcare summit in Orlando, Florida, highlighted the changing landscape since the onset of the COVID pandemic in 2020. The key takeaway stated succinctly by a panelist is this: "[Digital transformation] is no longer an option; it's a mandate.” Now more than ever, patients are demanding comprehensive care for their investment in healthcare. Unfortunately, the perception of "being just a number" at a practice can cause more damage than a primary care physician or practice manager realizes. Lauren Goodman, senior insight director at HIMSS stated that "in a digitally enabled world, in a world where consumers are getting instant gratification, [so] we must keep this in mind when we innovate digital solutions. The newer generation wants to consume healthcare like they consume any other service [but] no one size fits all."
